Which Springs (H&R Sport or NM)

I am looking to order springs for my CMS ALL4 with stock suspension (not sport suspension).

Does anyone have insight as to which springs will be better for my car? All I am looking to do at this point is change springs and add rear lower adjustable control arms.

I have read that NM's may be too soft in the rear.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

NM one is a bit stiffer than the oem sport ones and H&R is stiffer than NM. NM one lowers a bit more than H&R and good choice upgrading the rear lower control arm at the sametime

I have the HR on mine without the sport suspension. I've always lowered my cars so I'm used to giving up some ride quality for steering quickness.
