and that would be a pretty extensive extended warranty you got there.
A very nice day out at HRP. Good to see everyone out there.
Props to Kohu'ula MINI and Erik808 for their excellent driving.
The "Blue Monster" is the name of the "nut" behind the wheel.
Just was checking to see if you were awake when reading the results.
Keikilee,
Wash and wax your MC, make it slippery and come on out August 1st.
I realized yesterday that I will not be able to attend any more autox events, unless I can borrow a helmet. My household goods are getting shipped out this month, and the helmet is too big to keep here and ship later (long story). I'm not willing to rent the greasy icky ones either.
Anyone have a helmet I can borrow??

Mahalo for posting
I also like the new format of posting names/results/type of car at the SCCA Hawaii website.
I was overwelmed by the amount of participants for a holiday
It was great to see other "Nissan of Honolulu" owners out there
BTW, I'm happy with the result in H Stock with my "Chevy Chevette" sponsored by "Lumpia Motor Sport"

Thanks Beastmaster, but I am persnickety. I don't like the idea of borrowing someone else's helmet, precisely because I know how much sweat (and sunscreen, and dust) has been absorbed by mine. If helmets didn't cost so much, I'd just buy a new one and donate it to SCCA when I leave, but I am not willing to spend that kind of money just so I can go to 2 autocrosses. (Sorry SCCA Hawaii.

Aw shucks.....9th out of 94 ?!
For a "regular" Cooper on run-flat tires
...I better do something about that
Congrats to all our MINI Motorers that showed up. Hopefully we'll have a bigger following at the next event.
Those new to the events....don't get discouraged!
You will improve the more events you attend
Isn't that right, erik808?!
