I haven't taken delivery of my MCS yet (few more weeks), but I was wondering, I know the outsite of the interior trim feels or is plastic, but does anyone know if there is a metal backing. I used to have an a4 that I removed the trim pieces and put paint stripper on them, and underneath is beautiful aluminum. And no I did not do it on a whim, some other people did it at audiworld.com. Any help would be great, I am still waiting to hear back from my dealer on wheather my car has anthracite or platina. Here's the link on modding the interior trim:
