What angle of attack to get the 200 lbs of downforce @100mph
How much drag produced to get the downforce?
Thanks in advance as that's a great price for the wing but I'm not sold on the mounting of it for high speed use.

 

Numbers are estimates from the E36 BMW wing we tested in the wind tunnel. It uses the same foil so numbers will be close.

Best angle of attack is 5 degrees.

Drag = about one side mirror

Drove the car at 120mph and the wing mounting had no problems.

 

Are you saying to make 200 lbs of down force at 100 mph you were at 5 degrees angle of attack? I just want to be clear what you are saying.
