Hi , I just recieve my powergate3


I try to plug it to the obd2 of my car and the divice tell me my powergate need a update , so I plug it to the pwguser to make the update. When it is time to make the update, It will fail , sometime at 0 , 3, 10, 20 % . . . , sometime it say probleme with the application. My computer is


Windows 7 with 64 bit
firewall desactivated
antivirus desactivated.


allway the same results yet , I remove and reinstall the pwg user and still the same probleme .


Is some of you get the same probleme or know what I should do . I have contact John , But now it is late so if some of you have any Idea that I can try , it will be helpfull.
