After repair; MINI is veering?

Hello all. Just had my MINI's front control arm bushings replaced at 110,000 miles. After the replacment, the car sounds great, rides smoother, and there is no more steering wheel vibration! However, when stopping or accelerating around ~50 mph, the car veers slightly to the left or right, making me feel as if I have no control. Also, when driving straight, my steering wheel is slightly turned to the right. When I straighten it, the car turns left. Do I need to get an alignment, or is this something more like the lower front control arm bushings that also need to be replaced? Any suggestions are welcome!!!

Considering your wheel isn't straight I would start with an alignment. You need it anyway, it's relatively cheap, and a shop can do it quickly. Might as well see if it helps the issue.
