Just purchased an 09' hatchback Cooper S. I believe that its second gen.

I have been an owner of BMW's and wanted something different and good on gas, this fit the bill. Also have been on the BMW forums for many years and pretty active. Hope to bring a good bit of help with time to this as well.

Just a warning, you may find, over time, that you might start enjoying that Cooper more than that Challenger. It's happened to many before, it could happen again

Its gen 2 : R56 is the code for the Hardtop , like E code for your BMW's .

 

Well i can say that i am enjoying it so far, its just very different from my 550 and going to take come getting used to. All of my friends on FB are making fun of me for buying it, ha ha. Luckily the Challenger cant be farther from the experience of this car. So she sits in the garage and i can enjoy it here and there.
