Not much info on it..even on GoodYear's own site....
Looks like a wallyworld only tire...
Not necessarily a terrible thing...Michelin makes several different versions of the LTX tires that carry the same name...some are "club" (aka sams club, costco, and BJ's only) versions that are nearly as good as the retail versions....for 70% of the price...
My guess with the Viva...it is likely a made in China price point tire...so you are likely paying a bit of a premium for the name....
