PCV clogged on Justa?
2011 intermittent acceleration issues plus oil film on top of valve cover. Oil level is good, was changed by MoP 3k ago. Look like clogged PCV? Weird condensation on valve cover after driving...
Still under warranty? If so; check with dealer first.
If not under warranty, scan with a Bavarian Technic scanner to see if there's any fault codes present.
The oil residue is some sort of seeping issue, but as to say the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve is plugged is yet to be determined.
