I know that many people have been looking for these lower steering column shafts since they have been on galactic backorder for months from MINI. So I figured I post this up as I have just a couple left that may get someone out of a jam if they have a seized up one.

They are the complete lower steering column shaft with both U joints. Removed from cars we were parting out.
