R56 Aftermarket Steering Wheel
Aftermarket Steering Wheel
Hello everyone, I'm looking for some advice from people who have used aftermarket steering wheels before. Im looking to do a royal wheel, with quick release but I'm unsure on what hub to use!
Works Bell 2213 (stock length) or 2213s (shorter for use with a quick release or a wheel with dish). The 2213s is better since it is made out of billet aluminum, the 2213 is cast and can crack.
You can order them from evasive motorsports.
You'll need to code the car to turn off the driver airbag warning light (easy with NCS Expert).
I have a 2213s, took about a month to arrive after I ordered from Evasive since it's special order from Japan.
Lastly, the guys here will say it's dangerous and illegal to drive without an airbag, and while I agree, this post answers your question

Try customizing your existing steering wheel instead. There's a lot of options you can go with: http://www.dallassteeringwheel.com/sw1.htm
