do yourself a favor and get the factory hood mounted one and then had some self sticky heat shield directly over turbo on your hood.

Unless you want to trap the heat and melt your valve cover. My hood temps
dropped 30F by doing this.

 

Thanks for the advice. After reading some of the horror stories with heat shields, I think I am going to opt out of this mod.
