Hey all. I have been searching for quite a while now and have come up empty handed. I am trying to figure out what size the post hole is on the rivets on my Breyton Magic Sports. I have searched the web and found nothing... So I contacted Breyton directly and didn't get the answer I was looking for from them (they kept thinking I was talking about the center caps ) Basically what I am looking to do is replace the silver ones with gold rivets. I do not want to pull one out to check out of fear that if I mess up the rivet, I wont have a direct replacement on hand. If anyone has any information that could help me out, or could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Also if any one knows were to get gold rivets for a good price that would be awesome as well. I need 120 for my wheels, so 130+ would be great to be on the safe side. I would prefer to not have to pay $90+ for the ones listed on ebay, but will if I have too Thank you in advance!!!!!!

Are you talking about a painted gold finish or true gold plated rivets?

I'm not sure how well the finish will hold up with being used on wheels which are exposed to brake dust and the elements. It's pretty harsh.

 

Not really sure which route I'm looking to go. It was kind of a random thought that I would like to run with if it seems doable and reliable. I will give him an email and see what he says. Thanks man I appreciate it!!!
