I've owned an R53 for the past three years here in Des Moines and have yet to find anyone who tunes Minis. I tried to do a search on the forum, which only returns posts about Jan from RMW and other places not the midwest. i've tried to contact Jan, but he didn't seem too eager to do any work with the race season coming up. Does anyone know of a tuner anywhere in the midwest? I'd prefer to do a tune in shop, rather than a remote tune, from what I gather it's the way to go. If I must do a remote tune, does anyone know of a reputable remote tuner with a proven track record?

I don't mind driving, probably as far as Chicago, but at this point I'm sad and desperate, so I'd probably drive further than that, ha.
