Gen 3 Cooper to GS

The new F56 has now been put in GS. The Fasttrack is out today which has under tech bulletins:

The SAC wishes to separately class the new 2014 base Mini in GS, however at this time it is covered by the recently- updated listing in HS. Effective upon publication, change the year as shown in the existing HS and HSR listings:

and then add the following to GS.

MINI

Cooper (non-S, non-JCW) (2014)

That's where I thought it belonged, it'll get on well with the Focus and Fiesta STs out there. On a selfish level it does mean the current Cooper classing is not disturbed (given we just bought a 2013) and the F56 is not overpowering those of us with R56.

Great news. I suspect the F56 will go to STC along with other small turbo cars like the Audi TT and GTI. I would love to see someone do one up for STC
