Hello Everyone,

New owner here, looking for your experiences with shopping for bull bars & skid plate. I drive daily in Manhattan, and have had so many incidents with my previous car, potholes, and parallel parking, that I realize I need a skid plate and bull bars. Maybe even a hitch to attach more bars to the back, get those cars away from me on the street. But, search and searching, I've only found Detroit Tuning's skid plate and no bull bars. Have any of you had luck? If yes, please let me know your source. Also, considering the attachment points of the bull bars, have you had damage to you vehicle when poor parallel parkers pushed your bull bars? Installer recommendation would also be very much appreciated.

Check out this site they have both a front bull bar and a rear trailer hitch. These might be just what you need.

I've got the Detroit Tuned skidplate - and it's worked great. If you want info on some bullbars search for jillrnc on the Countryman forums.
