YES AND YES. I autocross here in Florida so we get to race 10 months out of the year. on Saturday we have the same practice course all the time, so that we are able to evaluate any changes made to car. I noticed that it was much more responsive to steering input, I got better steering feedback because these braces really tie the front of the frame and the middle of the frame together. They bolt using existing bolts on the frame, two on each side in the front and one on each side in the middle. If i can find the install instructions i will include them.
