You are EXACTLY the type of customer the Elise is designed for. I am envious. You picked a great machine. 150 pound aluminum frame, bulletproof Toyota engine and tranny, and no luxuries. And we think the Mini handles great! I plan on purchasing a used one in a few years. I would order the base model with zero options. Keep it bare bones FUN!!! Good luck selling the Mini...and keep us informed on whatyou think of the Elise. Maybe an Elise vs. Mini comparison?
