What connector/plug is this for?

Any ideas? Its located in the passenger side compartment in the rear hatch. Not sure what its for, or why it seems to be unplugged, or if it should be plugged into the front of the connector or the back.

HD radio I believe. Thats the fiber loop should it be installed

the plug and the fiber are separate. Both would plug into the HD module
