Hi im hugh from scotland!just looking for some info on how best to modify my mini coupe jcw!

Hello Hugh and welcome to NAM! Since you went for the JCW I'll assume you're looking for handling and performance mods. I'm not really into that right now but there are some guys (and girls) on here who are...in a big way! You should get some ideas soon. Good luck and enjoy.

Welcome to NAM, Hugh!

The First Gen and Second Gen sections each have a JCW Garage area, so you might start there for ideas & suggestions on upgrades for your car.
