Join Smoky Mountain MINIs for a drive to see the P-38, Glacier Girl, from the The Lost Squadron now on display in Middlesboro KY.
Meet at 9:00AM at Krispy Kreme (map) on Broadway in north Knoxville. Leave KK at 9:30AM to head north into Kentucky via the Cumberland Gap tunnel. Drive time is approximately 1 1/2 hours.
While in the area for the museum visit we will enjoy a lunch stop and also travel to Pinnacle Overlook for a view into 3 states - Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia.
