Low on power, no lights or codes . . .

Normally I can find a solution on here by searching, so I have never posted before.

I have a 2009 MINI JCW with about 45K miles. It is pretty stock, just a boost gauge and K&N drop in filter.

I recently had it to the dealership for a half power light and code 2885. Initially they faulted the ‘after market boost gauge’, but after a week or so they found it was the pressure converter. The light is now off and the code is cleared. However, the car is way too slow. It only boosts to about 0.3 bar (about 4 psi). Before this I was seeing 1.2 bar (17 psi). It is not just the boost gauge value, the car is very slow.

The dealership also did the timing chain recall and the heat shield recall.

At first glance it appears all hoses are connected & the clamps are tight.

I checked with a Bavarian Technic and there are no codes present & the car is NOT in limp mode. I will drive it a few days and check again.

Does anyone know what could cause low power without tripping any of the sensors?
