ati crank pully removal

Is there a way to remove my ATI crank pulley without damaging it i have a 2005 mini cooper s. Or a way to replace the timming chain without removing the pulley.

Take the 3 bolts out that have the 12pt head on them and use longer bolts with the same thread size and pull it like the stock pulley. Done it on the race cars before.
