Hello Everyone,

I'm Cameron or Camster if you like. A new 2006 Mini Cooper S owner, just picked my Mini up this past weekend. Fell in love with it in Hyper Blue and I knew it was going to be mine. I am formerly (and temporarily still) a Mazda Miata owner, until I sell it. I'm hooked on how much fun it is compared to the Miata, and glad I finally found a replacement. Anyways just dropping in and saying hello!

I as well still have my 1990 Mazda Miata. You will love the power increase in the Mini but on those rainy days you will miss the fun of real-wheel drive!

 

I sold my NA before getting involved with Mini's. Correction, I sold my NA after 8 years of ownership because of Sciatica issues and needed to find a replacement. My son has had a Mini for a few years and I've always loved them a distance. After searching around for a suitable replacement for the Miata and eliminating most options, I decided to bite the bullet and spring for a Mini Cabrio. (Gotta feel the sun on my thinning hair!!) I'm still on a quest, but I'm narrowing down the field and hope to be a Mini owner within the next few weeks.

I'm in Bethel Park 10 miles south of Pittsburgh. My Miata is not for sale but I'm down for a cruise in either car.
