I'm thinking of taking a trip to Quebec, any suggestions for places to see or things to do while I'm there?

Quebec (city) is a beautiful old Provincial place - architecturally speaking - and is a good jumping off point for a cruise around the Gaspe Peninsula; Way out there, you have to know a few words of French, 'cause the locals pretend to not know Any english ... but the drive, scenery and food make it worth the stretch to the east ...
