Trying to think of the 05-06 door cards vs. the 02-04, but not too certain. Think these would these fit a 03?

 

I am not sure if these would fit an '03 as the door panels did change design in 07/04. That said, there is some flexibility in the position of installation as each leather piece is held on with velcro.
