I have to admit that I had an ulterior motive in becoming a part of this forum. At present I am the "shop foreman" of Mini of Murray in Murray Utah. Our dealership is currently seeking to hire a team lead/lead tech for our store. This could be a great opportunity for the right individual. I hope that this does not come across as spamming your community. I just figured that this might be my best place to look for the right person.

-We would like to hire someone who has graduated from a tech school and has dealership experience. (does not have to be at Mini)
-I would prefer someone who would like to be a leader with the long term goal of being the shop foreman of Mini of Murray.

We will offer the right candidate a hiring/moving bonus and a very competitive pay plan comprised of a mixture of salary and flat rate.
