will forging engine parts fix oil consuming issue?

Well the title sais it all, is there a chance to fix the oil burning issue if i forge pistons and anything else that could be forged inside the engine? Im curious, those overpowered R56S minis that are overpowered up to 260hp (or even more) how do they solve the oil consuming issue since they are over 100+ horse power than the stock model?

if everything is 'normal' oil consumption is usually via the piston rings metering the amount of oil that makes it through to the combustion chamber. how was you car broken in? was it grannied or did you let it warm up then seat the rings with some WOT runs for the first couple of hundred miles?

if you change pistons and get the cylinders rehoned i guess you could try to reseat the rings again but that seems awfully expensive and time consuming.

what kind of oil consumption are you seeing?
