I'm wanting to swap my chromw powered side mirrors for some white ones of my countryman.. are they all the same? power or non powered?

Power fold mirrors don't fit others on r53 and r56 models .....I'm not sure about the Countryman though.

 

The power fold and non-power fold mirror caps are always listed as different part numbers, so I'm fairly sure they are not interchangeable.

 

The Countryman mirror caps are the same as for the Hardtop, Cabrio, Clubman, Coupe, Roadster, and Paceman. The only difference is to determine whether or not you have the Powerfold option. You can do this by turning the mirror control **** all the way left, past the adjustment setting for the left mirror. if the mirrors fold in when you do this, you have the Powerfold option. You can also look at the mirror symbol on the control ****. If it has an arrow under it, it indicates that you have the option as well.

 

Or, if your Countryman has the window controls in the doors, you have the powerfold mirrors if there is an (unlabeled) button next to the switch to select which mirror to control.

 

To answer your original question: No they don't. The powerfold caps have a different shaped cut-out to facilitate the rotation of the mirror.
