I will be leaving my MINI outdoors in the winter for a few weeks at a time and would like to cover it to prevent ice and snow build-up during that time. However, the car will have the standard rack system on it and I'm concerned that the tailored fit of most covers I'v seen will not allow for the racks. The thought of having to put the racks on and off several times in winter makes my fingers cold just thinking about it - 'cause that system is finicky.
Does anyone have any experience with covers that allow for the racks, or any recommendations on covers that would allow me to keep the racks on?
