Oill change with underbody tray

I assume you must remove the underbody tray when you change the oil. Any issues or tricks?

still waiting on mine, but yes it must be removed to perform an oil change. You should consider a quick drain valve from fumoto if you have the tray because it'll protect it from ever snagging on anything underneath. if you've performed an oil change on the MINI, you'll realize that with how the pan drains, it likes to spit out the oil and not flow smoothly causing a splatter of oil around the collection pan. With the valve, I don't even have to raise the car....lol

I would be scared of that getting sheared off from being lowered. I like OEM and how it nearly flush. imagine running a 2x4 over on the freeway and it snagging on that.
