Missing TPMS Sensors?

I've never really posted here much but I have learned much from NAM.
Today I replaced the Goodyear run flats on my '03 R53 56k mi with Conti DWS. I noticed that there were no TPMS Sensors on the valve stem as there should be. I played with the TPMS reset and did not get a light or tone indicating a reset.

My question is; Will the lack of sensors cause any issues in the future (erroneous lights/codes)?

I drive 550 miles per week and these Contis are amazing compared to the RF. Steering response and suspension feel was slightly softer but it's great for a commuter....oh and it's SO QUIET lol.

Thanks in advance for your responses.

no sensor in the rim, for the first years of the mini. they use the wheel speed senosr to detect a flat/ low pressure. but you probably have to have really low preassure to see light, i had one time made the front and rear tires pressure diffrent by 5psi and it didnt make the light go off.
