Our 05 mini just threw a 0036 code that i can not clear...anyone here have this experience, or know what to do? thanks....

 

Id take it to a dealer honestly or at least call one and inquire. There was an o2 sensor warranty extension and yours should be covered under it. Basically you need a new o2 sensor but let warranty pay for it if ya can.

 

Ask the dealer, chances are its just a failed heater in the rear o2.

But as mentioned it might be covered.
