I am replacing the run flats with Continental Extreme Contacts. I have 17" wheels with 40mm offset. The CXC's are sold out across the country in 205/45-17, so after researching previous threads it seem the 215/45-17 will fit except I have not seen any mention of fitting with offset wheels. Anybody with experience on an '06 s standard suspension?

 

I am running Conti DWS same size on a 43 offset. I think unless you lower it more then 1 inch you should be fine.

 

Not sure about the offset, but I have had 215 45 17 on stock wheels on 2005 mcs and they worked fine

 

You will be fine using stock suspension.

Also I assume your wheels are 17x7", not wider.
