My cruise control light started blinking twice then shuts off, I found a thread saying it might be a relay in the system, but it was an old thread, has anybody had this problem lately and if so, how did you fix it, thanks

 

First and easiest things to do are to check the clutch and brake switches, if one of those has failed or come out of adjustment it will keep the cruise control from engaging and cause that light to blink.
