Heat wrap size

im gonna wrap my header next week sence i have the whole week off. and i want to know how much to get never did this before, should i use 1" wide or 2" and how much length do you think i need?

i want to keep engine bay temps down, its getting hot aorund here and intake temps are getting crazy, worse with the ac going. i have seen as high as 130 for air intake temp. and its only got to a high of 93 around here

I'm interested in this too...
When it gets really hot here, at full throttle I can see intake temps up to 150..
I'm trying to fight that heat too..
I gusse a good combo would be the heat wrap and the m7 heat shield
