Ultragauge & oil temp/pressure

Hello, I have a 2013 MCS and I am looking at the Ultragauge.

Can anyone confirm that that the engine oil temp and oil pressure is available or not with the Ultragauge?
It looks like Scangauge supports these for the N18 MCS.
Thanks!

Oil Temp is available, but you will need to send your UltraGauge II unit back to them to be programmed to allow it. At this time, Oil Pressure is not available. Here's the e-mail they sent me the other day:

We do not have oil pressure yet for MINI. In order to use the XGauges codes we currently have you will need a special program. To get the unit update with the special MINI program please send the unit into our office at:

Oops! Sorry! my post above was for a ScanGauge II, not an Ultra Gauge. Oh well, hopefully somebody can use the tip!

I just received a new Ultragauge. Neither oil pressure nor oil temperature is available.

For $70, I guess you can't have everything!

Thanks for the responses. I guess now the question is, is the oil temp indication worth $100 difference? lol

Personally, oil temp is just as critical as coolant.. In a turbo car I like to get the oil down to at least 210 before I power the car off for an extended period.
