Did you install the noisemaker delete, and if so any noticeable difference in performance or cabin noise?

I have not installed any of these items so I am not sure. I am selling it as a package deal.

I bought all this stuff when I first got my used 08 Mini Cooper S. Before I could install the stuff I started having cold start issues... I wanted that fixed before installing anything. Then I had some issues with a Mini dealer and was almost to the point of trading in the car. If you look at my past posts you can see what happened if you are that board... Now 4k in repairs later my car is running fine and I just don't feel like doing anything to it anymore...
