My R53 has side airbags and heated seats and I just bought some leather R56 seats with side airbags and heated seats to replace the broken passenger seat.

Anything to look for? Haven't found a thread with pictures in it since everything seems to be old and deleted.

A little bit of rewiring is in order and I think I need my seat belt bottoms as well? Anyone with ANY knowledge would be great. Thanks.

 

ooh, ooh. do a write up. I want leather and heat in my r53 seats, i figured the easiest was an r56 swap. let us know.

 

There was something on m|u a while back. There is some sort of cut that needs to be made on the seat bottoms to work.
