R50/53 Bike rack attach points

Bike rack attach points
A friend recently purchased an 05 R53 that has what appears to be bike rack attach points in the bumper. They are round, not painted, protrude out about an inch and are spaced about three feet apart. Sorry no pics available. Was wondering if anyone could help him find the manufacturer so he could purchase the rack. Thanks in advance.
