Difference in R50 vs R53 clutch

Is one just heaver than the other. I have an 06 R50 with 98k miles. I'll be having a rear oil seal done. While they are that far into the car thinking about going ahead and doing the clutch assembly too.
I have been known to push the car a little. I find the factory R50 clutch light and it never bothered me in the city (every day in a R50 after Sep 2002). I never noticed the R53 clutch being that different from a feel point of view, but if it is a little stronger and will bolt up I'd like to go that route.
Thanks in advance.
John
