1. Shut car off
2. Close doors
3. Lock car
4. Unlock car
5. get in drivers side
6. start car
7. hold passenger window switch in up position and keep holding for ten (10) seconds past window stopping
8. Press window switch down and hold for ten (10) seconds past window stopping.
9. Repeat steps 7 & 8

hopefully that has reset the window regulator positions, and that makes the window work properly.

I have this problem regularly with my car when we have lightning storms.

I read that, it did not work for me. The dealer reprogrammed the window.
