Oil Leak at Timing Chain Tensioner

I just brought my 2008 Mini Cooper S to the dealer for a routine oil change and new brake pads. The dealer phoned me to tell me the mechanic found a oil leak in the Timing chain tensioner $390.00 for parts and labor. The car has 60K miles on it. Should I have them replace the timing chain while they are in there? Labor is usually what kills you with timing belt issues.
