Each rebuilt transmission is subject to the following steps:
* Transmissions are completely disassembled
* Cases are inspected and cleaned
* Gears, bearings, pulleys and valve body are thoroughly inspected and replaced as needed
* Belts, seals and gaskets are replaced on all transmissions regardless of mileage
* Transmissions are then carefully re-assembled in a consistent manner making sure that quality of the build process is kept the same for each Mini Cooper CVT transmission.
CVT transmissions come with a 12 month/12,000 mile limited warranty. (Installation must be done by a qualified mechanic familiar with Mini Coopers. Adaptation of the transmission is required.)
