Looks like a great day. Are you using a GoPro camera with its microphone? You should look into getting a remote microphone so you can put it where you want and you won't pick up wind / road noise. Makes the videos that much better to watch. Your wind noise is pretty low, but some are so bad that you have to turn the sound off and thats more than half of the fun of watching the videos. I use the Audio-Technica ATR-6250.

In this video edit I put it in the back of the car where the Jack kit goes. There is a rubber grommet that you can remove and put the microphone right there. It picks up a little rock noise that gets kicked up from the tires so I am going to try a few other locations. Excuse the music edit in the background. Its fine at first but I should have lowered it a little.

That's riight CFMINI, it's grrreat.

Nice vid k_h_d and thanks for the advice. I will for sure try that out for next vid capture. It would be nice to get the blow-off sound from the turbo.. So i'll try a remote mic for that. Have you tried putting the mic in or near the engine?

I have not tried inside the engine bay yet. I think I have heard a couple videos with a mic under the hood and our engines are pretty loud. Lots of ticking and other noises that sound pretty silly. I was thinking that putting the mic on the front bumper next to the fresh air intake? Wind noise could be a real issue up there.

Right on.. The options are many. Just out of curiosity.. What tires are you running? I still have run-flats on my 09 and can't wait to change them. Still haven't decided which exactly but only that I will choose non run-flats for sure.
