My new MCS will have Power Slot rotors and EBC pads. I want to powder coat the OE calipers red. As long as the functional surfaces are properly taped off, can anyone think of a problem this would create? Called a service advisor and he said shouldn't be a problem, but would probably affect warranty if any failure. Thoughts?

I painted mine red with the kit purchased from the Tire Rack. No problems and I think they look a lot better. I don't see why you should have any problems so long as you tape them off properly or you can remove them for painting, just my .02 Good luck .
