2003 Mini Cooper for Sale

Hey guys, I'm posting this up for a friend who's trying to sell her car because she just got another.


Here's the basic info:

-2nd Owner
-2003 model with 1.6L 4cyl. mated to a 5-speed manual
-62,000 miles on the chassis and engine.
-Comes with original alloys and 1 year-old run-flats
-Dynamic stability control
-Leather seats (fold down) and steering wheel
-Brand new clutch installed at Giovanni Import Auto Repair
-Much of service work (brakes, oil changes) done by technician at Sonnen Porsche
-25/33 MPG

Lots of gizmos, like:

-Steering-wheel integrated audio/cruise control
-MP3/AUX plug-in
-Rain-sensing wipers, auto-dimming rear-view mirror
-Dual-pane panoramic sunroof
-Fogs and automatic climate control

We're asking for $8000, seeing as it's in such nice condition and has been well taken care of.


This would make a great DD, and also weekend warrior / AutoX'er.

With a manual trans, this car will go forever, and you won't have to worry about expensive service that comes with most other cars because these are easy to work on. The simpler mechanical components don't come with all the electrical gremlins of newer BMWs either.

It's really clean, drives just as it should with stock suspension.
Really a completely unmolested car, and would be a great platform for whatever you'd want to do with it. If it were me, I'd probably just keep it stock but maybe put some white Koseis or RSs on it, hahah, or Bilsteins for AutoXing.

Also, it just got an oil/filter change!
