Front fog light

Hello everybody!

Has anyone tried putting a h11 bulb on their front fog lights? I am asking because i have phillips crystal vision ultras as headlights and it doesnt come with the recommended h8 size. I was wondering if the h11 would fit...

Wish I could help, but I'm not sure. I went to a local speed shop that specializes in lots of custom bits from lights to vinyl to wheels. I found a set of yellow Plasma Ion H8's for my fogs there and I like them, but I'm guessing you want to match your Crystal Visions. I was looking to match them, too but I couldn't find anything there. And I like that yellow is the best possible color for good visibility in the fog.

They did test some wedge bulbs for the parking lights for me - from LED's to halogens. I found a nice PIAA pure white bulb that looks AWESOME and matches up nicely to the Ultra Visions. If you have a local shop like that, I would stop in and ask. I was blown away with the lighting options I found there - far more than any local auto parts store.

Front Fogs are H8, at least they are on my '08. The Parking Lights are a 5 W 5, just in case you needed that info. too.

Ordered my PIAA extreme white in the above sizes from tirerack.com. H8 $58 & 5w wedge $13. Much closer white to match the Xenons.

Rally lights take a H3 and the lower factory fogs take an H8 bulb.

I like the yellows for fogs. But if you are looking for something other then that we have platinum white and super white in Ziza lighting.

You can see the color differences in the main images.

Thanks
