I placed my 1st order with PelicanParts for $10 worth of plastic rivets. Jorge helped me find the right ones and the right part number. Then he followed up with me later with pictures of the parts that same day to make sure everything was ok and I was ordering the right parts. After I placed my order he followed up with me again to let me know the order was shipping. Now today on a holiday he followed up again letting me know the order was on its way. WOW is all I can say. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE!!!!

 

$10 order to Pelican -- that's heresy. Usually when I ordered something from them, it is closer to $500, but yep good service. But not unanticipated, most of their customer orders are likely the "big bill" stuff, hence the good customer service.

 

Thats my point. I only need plastic rivets and was provided the same service a large order would have received.

Comes in handy when I am ordering parts for the MINI, Porsche and VW at the same time.
