Plasti Dip'ed MC Blaze Orange/Green

Hey guys! So as much as I love my Cooper's current color (Pure Silver on Black) I thought I'd spice it up... I was debating on plasti dipping my car either the Monster Green or Blazing Orange from DYC.com!

I was curious to see if anyone on here has plasti-dipped their cars those colors? Let me know and share pics if you have them!!

You'll definitely want to find someone who has done their car before you consider doing this. Make sure you find out how well it has held up. My dip'd black wheels had a brown tint from brake dust after 6 months. It stayed even after powerwashing.

Make sure the material is easy to clean before you do it. I'd suggest wrapping the car in vinyl over plasti-dip. It's also removable but far, far, far more durable and looks a thousand times better. It's also available in any pattern or color or finish you could possibly want.

I got my MINI wrapped for just over $2k. It costs more but when you're dealing with something as obvious as the paint on your car, it's not a place to cut corners on cost. Do it right the first time and have it last the life of the car.

Here's a green vinyl wrap on a MINI.

I would just like to let you know, ever since I saw your car get the Matte White wrap, you've made me want to paint my car a matte color. So thanks for starting all of this! :P

Anyways, I've plasti-dipped my rims. I did a review not too long ago on here, came out pretty swell. https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...up-review.html

I'm going to stick with plasti-dip as I am a full-time college student with a nice job of course, but don't have money to go spend on a wrap. Hence the reason I will be plasti-dipping my car. I've heard great reviews from everyone who's done it too their car. Also my rims have held up very very nicely.

That's a really good price for a professional wrap. Did that include materials?

Yes, that was out-the-door.
